Available sizes: BL 2 215 and BL 2 280. These units were developed based on special customer requirements and have extended the maximum load allowable. Now 540 kN maximum for the BL 2 280.

Nadella is able to develop customized products and special solutions for anyenvironment, as done with the BL-MAX. Nadella has the capability to develop and provide customized roller systems. Including: custom sizes, special high temp materials, and design considerations for low or no maintenance.

The New BL-Max has been developed for the foundry environment where high loads, high temperatures, high duty cycles, and low maintenance are required. In these conditions a traditional ball carriage will fail, due to heavy dust and abrasive components that easily degrade wipers and penetrate a ball carriage. For the profiled guide rollers, the contact between the sealed rollers and the rail takes place on the ground raceway, which are inclined respect to the rotational axis of the guide roller. The pure rolling technology reduces the superficial stress and the effects of abrasive materials between the surfaces.
